ActiveCampaign is a leading autonomous marketing platform, where AI agents help businesses run email, SMS, WhatsApp and more. Twice a year, the company unveils its latest product innovations in a keynote webinar. For Fall 2025, the spotlight was on the future of AI-driven marketing, with Chief Product Officer Chai Atreya and VP of Product Marketing Jackie Palmer among the speakers presenting the new releases.
The Project
We were brought in to photograph behind the scenes as ActiveCampaign filmed its Fall 2025 Innovation Keynote. While the cameras rolled on presentations unveiling the year's biggest releases, we captured the other side of the production: Chai and Jackie delivering their segments, the moments between takes, and the energy of a team bringing a major launch to life.
The goal was to showcase the people behind the product, giving ActiveCampaign authentic, polished images of its leaders in action rather than the posed headshots typical of tech announcements.
The Outcome
ActiveCampaign now has a library of professional behind-the-scenes photography to support its keynote and beyond, ready for social media, blog posts, press, internal communications and future event promotion. The images put a human face on a major product launch, highlighting Chai and Jackie as the voices of ActiveCampaign's vision and giving the brand content that feels as innovative as the releases themselves.
